Take a look at how we can help you get the right care and support in place.
Is there a minimum amount of care I must have in a week?
The minimum amount of care we will provide in a week is one hour. Apart from this, we are flexible in how much help we give and for how long. To begin with you might only want us to visit you once or twice a week, whilst you get used to the idea of someone coming in to your home to help you. You may only require help for a short period, for example whilst your family goes away for a few days. You may require help long term, possibly increasing over time. However much or how long you require help for we can put an individually tailored care and support package together for you.

How do you select your Care Workers?
We take great care in recruiting our home care staff. We have a robust and thorough recruitment and selection process that only recruits people who demonstrate the care values we believe are needed to make an excellent Care Worker, such as honesty, caring, empathy, kindness, integrity and competence.
We believe someone does not necessarily have to have experience in the care profession to work for us. Many of our staff came into this profession after caring for their own loved one. We are looking for those who have a genuine interest in supporting our Clients to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes. We can then provide them with the training required to be an excellent Care Worker.
Will I have the same Care Worker every day?
We understand that having the same Care Worker is extremely important to you. We will provide you with regular Care Workers that you get on with. We will keep your regular Care Workers to a minimum number. Unfortunately, you will not receive the same Care Worker every day, as our Care Workers do not work seven days a week.
If your regular Care Worker is sick or on holiday, we will provide you with a different Care Worker, who will know your care and support needs and is normally someone you have met before.
